Pick one from http://www.blogskins.com/

Copy the codes from "Blogger Main"
Log-in your Blog
click "customise" "edit html"
click "revert to classic template"
paste the codes to replace what you see.
save it. the template will now be changed.
Note : If you see the codes are "xml" kind, simply paste after "edit html".
